Here in our humble factory, we have developed a method to allow for semi-customisable products* by using not one whole solid mold, but rather with individual panels that are joined together. Complex curves which may be slightly too curved can be changed quite easily to suit your personal tastes. We run this technique alongside a few other tricks to bring you something that we hope you will be happy with, whether it is just a temporary substitute or something more long term.
Sustainability
By using the construction materials mentioned below, we are able to essentially make wood from grass. This means that not only do we not need to cut down forests which take about 20 years to grow, or worse, cut down tropical hardwood forests, we are able to supplement traditional wood. In combination with a core structure, we are also able to reduce significantly the amount of materials that we use. Not only is this a better use of resource, we can make it cheaper for you, the consumer.
The reason we choose flax fiber composite as our primary construction material is because flax is everywhere. You plant it, it absorbs carbon dioxide and gives us a high strength material in return much quicker than say mahogany. It is also very easily molded into complex shapes such as tight curves while remaining extremely strong. Although it is slightly more expensive than fiberglass, over the long period of time, we hope it will replace fiberglass and carbon fiber to save Mr. Polar bear's house from melting down. Hence we hope, as your producer that you understand that it may cost just a fraction more in comparison to standard products by about 3-5% estimate.

Cardboard in furniture you may ask? Well, yes. In our quest for sustainability, we decided to include cardboard core as a strengthener in our furniture because, when used in the right way, can actually hold 100kg without crushing. And since there is such a vast amount of paper that can be recycled into cardboard, why not make good use out of it? To preserve its integrity and prevent rot, we simply surround it with our flax fiber composite and it forms a crush proof* sandwich construction which is both light and strong.

Use of denim fiber to upcycle old clothing from the fashion industry as well as working to obtain any busted or unwanted new fabric which would otherwise most probably get discarded.
